1. How to make Payment?
We accept all payment via bank wire transfer (T/T) only, at moment. We
do not accept any payment by credit card and other mode. So please make
wire transfer only in our bank account. Please note that all bank transfer
charges should be paid by customer. And all purchases must be paid in advance
2. Do you accept Credit Cards or cheques?
Sorry, we do not accept payment by credit card or cheque. Currently, we accept

3. Do you deal with foreign currencies?
Currently, you can pay only in Japanese Yen or USA doller.
4. Do you accept L/C?
No. Currently, we accept payment only by T/T.
5. Where to send payment?
Please transfer your payments to our bank account. All
bank transfer charges are to be borne by customer. Confirm our Company Profile page please.
6. What is your bank account info?
We will inform you of our bank account information during the purchasing

7. How can I see the prices in my currency?
You can convert Japanese Yen to other currencies at this currency converter. Or, ask us with the E-mail..
8. Do you offer credit?
No, we do not. No other payment than Telegraphic/Wire Transfer (T/T) is
acceptable. Your cars will be shipped upon receipt of your full payment
in the Japanese yen.
9. What is FOB price?
FOB is abbreviation of "Free on board". FOB price applies for
all cars importes from Japan unless you come to our yards to take a car
by yourself. FOB price includes export arragements in Japan (export and
customs documents, documents translation), delivery of car from yards to
port of Japan and loading onto the ship. Our FOB charge is one of the lowest
for the car to be imported from Japan. FOB price is freight correct, and
without marine insurance.
10.What is C&F price?
C&F price is that the freight is prepaid, and without marine insurance.
11.What is CIF price?
CIF price is the total price to prepare the car for export including freight
and marine insurance.

We will inform you about the newest shipping charges in our quotation.
It changes with the arriving country and the harbor.

2. Would you please give me ship schedule information?

3. I would like to insure my shipment in transit.
Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, but if you inform us
of your wish to insure your shipment during the order process, we can get
insurance for you at an extra charge.
4. Do you ship to United States?
Yes. We can ship to the US, but we don't offer advice on registering your
car in the US. Examine a rule (tax and so on) in the country by yourself
by all means.
5. How long does it take to receive cars?
It may take about 3 to 5 weeks after car leaves Japanese port. We use best
shipping company for destination port as per services. We have tie-up with
different shipping companies for different destination ports.
6. What shipping documents I will receive?
Following documents will be sent to you as soon as your cars are shipped.
1). Original Bill of Lading (B/L) x 2 sheets
2). Invoice x 1 sheet
3). Car certificate (Japanese) x 1 sheet
4). Car certificate (English) x 1 sheet
You will receive the above documents by international express mail.
1. Is there a guarantee?
No, we don't give any guarantee, but we are very open about any interior/exterior
condition, crash history, the distance the car has been driven, etc. We
report this information in accordance, so you can understand the condition
of the car you are buying. Also, after you buy your car from us, if you
need any parts for your car, we can supply you authentic parts at low prices
until the maker stops producing the parts. Even after the maker stops producing
the part, we can supply you with used and rebuild parts.
2. I can not find Proforma Invoice.
You need to order a car and choose terms of delivery. Then we will send
you request to confirm your purchase. As soon as we receive your confirmation
we will send you Proforma Invoice by fax or E-mai.
3. How do I know I can trust you and pay you in advance 100%?
There is our company registration number on our Company Profile page. With this registration number you can confirm both our address and the fact that we are a legally registered and a legitimate company.
4. I have a question. Whom may I ask?
First of all, read these frequently asked questions. It is possible that
this question has been asked many times already and you will find an answer
here. If you can not find an answer for your question, you may ask us using
this Contact Us. You may also send E-mail or FAX to our office.
5. If the car is already bought by the other buyer, yet?
I will supply the similar car which the more better condition to you.
Therefore, you don't have to be anxious.
6. Will I be able legalize japanese car in USA?
We don't deal with the local registration matters and our customers do
it on their own. Please, make sure that you can register you car with your
local DOT office before placing order.
7. I plan to come to Japan to see your cars before purchasing them. Can
you send me invitation letter for getting visa to Japan?
We send invitation letters only to the customers that have had previous
purchase history with our company (customers that have bought at least
one car from us). If you had no previous purchase history with us, we still
can send you invitation letter if you place 10,000US$ deposit which will
be used for buying cars in future. If you would like to place the deposit
and ask for invitation letter please contact us by e-mail.
8. Can you find for me left hand drive Toyota or the other JDM?
There are no exist Left Hand Drive cars of japanese origin in Japan. That
is why the chance of finding such car in Japan is very small.
9. Can you change steering conversion from right to left or find parts
for this conversion?
We neither make steering conversion nor supply parts for conversion to
left hand drive steering. The main reason is that we simply do not have
such parts in Japan. Because Japanese use here RHD vehicles. Our customers
from LHD-countries find these parts by themselves in their local markets
and do conversions on their own. We recommend you either to check our RHD
stock list and consider further conversion to LHD on your own in your country.
10. Do you sell vehicles to customers from USA?
We sell our cars only to those customers from USA that already had previous
experience of importing japanese vehicles to USA and are aware of the whole
procedure of its importing.
11. What if I don't have an email address?
You can obtain a free E-mail address from either yahoo or hotmail service.
12. How fast can you ship my car?
We can start arranging the shipment next day we confirm your payment. Marine
transpotation time will depend on the destination where you want to ship
your car and may vary from several days to several months.
13. Can I buy a car as a private car buyer?
Yes, but we don't know the law of your country regarding this. We cannot
offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to
a car dealer. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some
car models. You need to check your country's registration laws before you
begin the purchasing process.
14. Can I buy a car which are not listed on your stocklist?
Yes, you can. Please click "Free Enquiry Form", and send us detail which you hope.
15. I want to know the correct date and time in Japan.
Every page has the date and time on it, but that is not always the correct

16. What is Auto Auction System?
